$10K Fixed Site Costs

  • Fixed price site costs of $10K apply to building in active new housing estates only. Offer is not available on Knockdown and Rebuilds, established areas or rural/acreage.
  • Offer valid with Porter Davis preferred siting on block sizes from 350 –1200 sqm only.
  • Pricing is subject to receipt of Level 1 compaction report.
  • Included slab upgrade up to class P/H2, and a maximum 385mm slab height. Retaining walls up to 400mm high are included if required.
  • Not included in the fixed price site costs are BAL (Bushfire Attack Levy), Estate Covenants/Guidelines.
  • Build Over/near Council Assets and Acoustic or flood affected sites. ^If block is over 1m of fall, and/or additional rock removal is required, additional cost may be incurred by the client and provided sufficient land information is available, Porter Davis will advise of this cost, (Fixed Price), within 2 business days. Valid for sites with up to 2 metres of site fill only.
  • Your build block and directly abutting blocks must be clear of dams/drains/creeks/rivers. Easements/underground infrastructure require a minimum of 1 metre clearance and cannot exceed 2 sides or contain a service pit or council asset.
  • Porter Davis will assess the suitability to build on your block and reserves the right of refusal to proceed based on our assessment criteria. Client must meet all milestones and appointments set by Porter Davis to ensure site start date is met (refer to Procedure of Purchase). Any factors causing delays to the nominated site start date, that are outside of the builders control, may result in the voiding of this offer.
  • Applies to Porter Davis Queensland Build Zones in the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast only.
